Our Level 3 Award in Education and Training is specific to those in the hair or beauty industry that want to teach their skills and be able to gain accreditation for their own training courses.

This course is fully CPD/ABT accredited and you will be awarded certificate equivalent to Level 3 in Adult Education and Training (PTTLS) Once completed you will qualify to apply for the relevant insurance which will permit you to teach adults in the beauty sector.

The course includes the following;

• Full course manual
• Fast track to qualification
• Support group
• Course Mentor

After the half day course you will go and study the course manual. You will be required to submit a Micro teach for your final assessment. 

You will be fully supported throughout the course and will be assigned a personal mentor to assist you.


COURSE CONTENT

You will study all the elements you will need to teach, assess and develop your students, as well as lesson plans and how to create a training manual.
